What Does The Word B.E.A.U.T.Y Mean?

B.E.A.U.T.Y is given so many names. So what is the proper way to address it? Does it consist of  the outer appearance or come from inside of a person? When the word  "beauty" pops in your head, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Some think that beauty means having long straight, silky, hair and light skin. In today's society, the media tells us and our children what "beauty" is supposed to look like.  Only issue with this is, many of these women even some men in commercials, movies and television shows have billions to afford a personal coach. To add to the trickery, many are paid actors! Not sure if your seeing the biggest issue yet.. but the teens down are not able to recognize the fact that these people are not REAL! Many make their biggest goals to look good everyday. Media will not show you that the women and men are flooded with insecurity and this is what they substitute for love.  Of course this is just my opinion but I don't think that many would argue about this. Beauty definitely plays a part with the visual portion of one's self, but is it just that?  Beingavailable.. everyone goes through things but not everyone is good at admitting or asking for help. Educating the community with things you've learned to make that environment a better place.Always show love for the ones who need you the most, Understanding a persons situation and showing them empathy, napoleon hill say's that its easier to judge because thinking is too hard. Think clearly when your under stress or in pain; your mountains can be a testimony for others. Finally at the bottom of the list is your visual anatomy.. you may not think that you are beautiful but to your child, parent, spouse or just someone made a difference for  you may look like royalty.  Everyone is different so, obviously we will all have different views, but what does beauty mean to you?

The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mode but the true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives the passion that she shows. The beauty of a woman grows with the passing years.

When I Feel Low

When I'm feeling low end emotions, what do I want to say to myself?  Everyone has the same 24 hours in their days but we all do different tasks. A lot of the times we encounter things that don't fit our fancy. Then there is times that our emotions peak to the top of our happy charts! A question we never have is "why do I feel this? " When this happens, what questions do I ask myself?  Where did it come from? There has been an old saying that you should never make permanent decisions when your having a temporary emotion.  Women tend to go through emotions without understanding the reason why behind it. This is frustrating to other people, but we drive ourselves crazy even more! I been reading up on #emotional #intelligence and to make it through life #successfully is a #top #necessity. If we have a better certainty of our peers and their emotions as well as our own.. We would be able to understand ourselves  better to cope and blend well with others. If we see that someone is late for work.. talking about how great our day is going  probably isn't something we should rant about! Should we have a anxious type of day.. kicking and screaming on the floor will probably get us arrested. Right? Obviously this is just an opinion, but this idea is probably something we should stay away from.  When your feeling angry, recognize it, understand why your feeling it, label it for any future encounters, express your feeling , whether it be with someone or to ourselves and last is regulate which is using strategies to handle all the emotions that happen to us daily.  R.U.L.E.R is something that discussed in a school parent teacher advisory meeting.  Using this concept is something that benefits the future.. Do you agree?

Do You Have What It Takes?

I think everyone has told themselves one time or another that they want to be successful. Although the mud and storms that you have to go through to reach that door is something most of the time is forgotten. I can't really give any advice for any one persons life or journey to the door because everyone is different and there is not even snowflakes that come in the same pattern. Everyone is original..but because I know my life better than anyone else...I'll say for myself that successful is built by have a strong enough WHY. My WHY is the reason and thing that keeps me motivated to push throughout everything. It pumps the blood through each and every vein that's inside of me. The WHY is the thing I think about when I am beat up and ready to quit. My WHY powerful enough that it makes me cry!! My WHY is worth dying for. On my journey, my WHY is named Keeson, Zaria and Michelle...I keep them at the top of my list in everything I do.  Some people will quit in the first round... but you know that's life hinting that your not ready for success. Life will push you and beat you up in preparation for the birth of your success... but without a POWERFUL enough WHY.... This is impossible right?

The average person puts only 25% of his energy and ability into his work. The world takes off its hat to those who put in more than 50% of their capacity, and stands on its head for those few and far between souls who devote 100%.
